and they will never pay any crazy Franchise Fees. Our agents are motivated to be the best and

Our Founder and Broker/Owner, Manny Menezes has been a REALTOR for 16 year with 12 of those years
running productive brokerages under two different national franchises. He has built this company from
the ground up, inside out, with the mindset of what a productive and highly respected REALTOR would want.
He understands what it takes to sell real estate at a high level and in a competitive market.
After 16 years of being tied to a franchise, Manny saw the need for a "new way" and he made
the decision to "GO INDEPENDENT". That is how REALTY NEW ENGLAND was born!
At REALTY NEW ENGLAND there are never any FRANCHISE fees and our compensation plans are
designed to be a Win-Win for our agents and the brokerage. All of our agents have the opportunity
to earn 100% while keeping their monthly office fees to a minimum.
